How PostScan Mail Works

An online digital mailbox that would allow your customers to manage their mail and packages deliveries online.

SCAN & UPLOAD MAIL 

Print barcode labels, scan mail items, choose mail types and upload scans using any document scanner. This allows for envelopes, packages, magazines and post cards to be uploaded to the cloud.

Type in sender names, recipient names, mailbox numbers and assign mail items to the customer's mailbox. Once an item is assigned, the customer will receive an email notification and will be able to view it online.

PROCESS PENDING OPERATIONS featured1.png

Once customers request operations, you can process open & scan, forward, recycle or pick up requests. An email notification is sent to the customer once the operation is completed.

PostScan Mail allows you to add or manage customers through the backend, once a customer is added they will receive an email notification with login credentials.
